William de Souza is a distinguished coffee producer from Manhumirim, Minas Gerais, Brazil. His farm, Sítio Serra do Ouro, is renowned for producing high-quality specialty coffees. In 2023, William's dedication to excellence was recognized when he became a finalist in the Coffee of the Year competition for the Matas de Minas and Caparaó regions.

The history of Sítio Serra do Ouro has its roots in Willian's adolescence, when he spent his school holidays helping his grandfather on the farm. Years later, with the division of the lands, Willian and his father moved to Minas Gerais, continuing the plantation. Since 2015, the Sítio has stood out in the cultivation of specialty coffees, with the first harvest in 2017, reaching the finals of the state and municipal coffee contests. From then on, they have always been present in the best specialty coffee contests.
