What “Honey 785” Means
The “785” refers to the Catucaí 785 coffee variety. This cultivar is highly regarded in Brazil for combining strong productivity with excellent cup quality. The honey process leaves part of the fruit’s mucilage attached to the bean during drying, which often enhances sweetness, body, and complexity compared to washed coffees.
